A different style of HR & Recruitment

  Hi, I'm Regan, the person behind Cornico People.

I've worked in recruitment for over 22 years and HR for the last 10, so it's fair to say I've spent a pretty big chunk of my working life dealing with people!

Over the years I've worked across a wide range of sectors and organisations, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, contracts, policies and the everyday challenges that come with employing people.

I've also seen the charity world from the inside. For a number of years, I was Chairperson and Trustee of a small pre-school charity, so I understand just how much goes on behind the scenes – often with limited time and resources, but a huge amount of responsibility.

Today, I'm focusing more of my work on supporting charities, football foundations and community organisations, bringing together my HR and recruitment experience with my understanding of the charity sector.

Cornico People is based in Cornwall, but I work with organisations across the UK.
