Why Cornico People?
With over 20 years’ experience across recruitment, onboarding, and HR, I’ve worked alongside micro businesses, growing SMEs, and larger organisations across a range of sectors including hospitality, retail, automotive, industrial and technical.
My focus is on helping businesses find the right people, and then making sure those people settle in well. Because getting someone through the door is one thing, but helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their decision to join you is what really makes the difference.
