Every placement includes a simple onboarding framework to help your new hire settle in and succeed from day one.


This includes:


  • clear onboarding structure
  • role expectations and early-stage focus
  • practical steps to support the first few weeks


Because getting the right person is one thing - helping them feel confident, supported, and able to do the job properly is what really drives success.

Standard Roles – £2,000 

Typical non-managerial roles that are commonly recruited.

Includes examples such as:

  • Customer Service Advisor 
  • Warehouse Operative


Management Roles – £3,000

Roles with responsibility for people, teams, or day-to-day operations.

Includes examples such as:

  • Team Leader / Supervisor 
  • Office Manager


Senior / Specialist roles – £4,000

More specialist, senior, or harder-to-source roles requiring targeted search.

Includes examples such as:

  • Head of Department / Senior Manager 
  • Specialist (e.g. Finance Manager,  Technical Specialist)

 

Search commitment fee - £500

This fee is payable to begin the search and is deducted from the total fee upon successful placement.

This covers initial search activity, candidate sourcing, telephone screening, and shortlisting

FLEXIBLE SUPPORT

For businesses managing their own recruitment but needing occasional guidance, or help finding staff quickly, support is available on an as-needed basis.


This is ideal for:


  • CV review and shortlisting support
  • interview  advice and structure
  • hiring decisions and second opinions
  • £90 per hour


ONGOING SUPPORT

If you need help beyond recruitment, practical HR guidance is available when required.

This is straightforward, real-world support to help you manage people, handle challenges, and stay on track without overcomplication.
