Hi, I'm Regan, the person behind Cornico People.

I've worked in recruitment for over 22 years and HR for 10, including seven years working inside a nationwide holiday accommodation business.

And I mean inside the operation - working alongside managers and teams across housekeeping, front of house, F&B, maintenance and guest-facing areas.

That means I've seen the whole people side of hospitality. 

Recruiting and onboarding people, contracts and policies, supporting and developing managers, employee engagement and retention - as well as the trickier stuff like absence, conflict, performance, investigations and disciplinaries.

So whether you need to get the HR basics in place, recruit someone, support your managers, or deal with something that's cropped up, I'll take the time to understand your business and work out what makes sense for you.

I'm not here to make HR more complicated than it needs to be, and I'm not going to throw a template at you and disappear. You deal directly with me, and the support fits around the business you're actually running.

 Cornico People is based in Cornwall, but I work with independent hospitality businesses across the UK. 

A lot can be done remotely, but when it makes more sense to be there in person, I'll come to you.
