With over 22 years in recruitment and 9 years’ HR experience, I understand how people decisions really impact SME businesses day to day - especially in smaller, growing teams.

Instead, I work in a practical, hands-on way. I take time to understand your business properly, ask the right questions, and give support that actually fits what you need.

That might mean helping you hire and onboard your first employee, improving how you bring new starters into the business, working through a specific people challenge, or simply providing calm, experienced guidance when you need it.
