Micro HR Subscription

This plan is for very small (micro) businesses (1–4 employees) who want a light-touch safety net. It is an ideal 'next step' from the HR Kickstart Programme. (not essential)

It will allow you to ease into HR without committing to a larger subscription. Perfect for businesses just starting out.

Included:

• Initial 60 minute teams meeting for us to get to know each other and for me to learn about your business
• 30-minute “What do I do?” call each month
• 30 minutes of email guidance per month
• Access to core HR policies
• Practical, bespoke advice when small issues arise

When your business grows to 5–10 employees or needs more support, we will discuss a transition to the Essential HR subscription

Case management or extra policy drafting will be charged at the subscriber hourly rate of £65 per hour.
