What’s Included:

• Guaranteed 24-hour response by phone or email during normal business hours

• One monthly check-in call to talk through anything on your mind

• Up to 2 hours of tailored HR support each month, used however you need - whether that’s drafting letters, updating policies, or talking through a tricky situation

• Practical guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, conduct and performance concerns

• Template letters and documentation when you need them

• Document and contract reviews within agreed limits

• Proactive reminders so you stay compliant and don’t miss important updates

Larger pieces of work such as drafting a full Employee Handbook, developing a comprehensive suite of policies, or supporting with workforce restructuring - are delivered as separate projects. This ensures they receive the appropriate time and focus, and I will always provide a clear written proposal and agreed fee before we begin.
