• 90-minute kick-off conversation to talk through how your business currently manages people — what’s working well, where you may have concerns, and what you’d like to feel more confident about.
   
• Review of existing contracts and HR documentation
   
• Audit of policies and procedures
   
• Full review of your Employee Handbook (where needed)
   
• Identification of compliance risks or gaps
   
• A clear, prioritised action plan showing urgent matters alongside longer-term recommendations to support future growth
   

If a full Employee Handbook or complete policy suite needs to be created from scratch, this would be scoped as a separate project to ensure it gets the time and attention it deserves.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have stronger foundations, clearer processes, and greater confidence in how you manage your team.
